Yeah, but slim is supposed to be a free site where people can post animations. With that update, any new users to slim will most likely just quit as soon as they see you have to pay $12 a month to do literally everything slim is about.

It costs money to have the site stay. They have to have some way to pay for it as very few actually have premium.
