The display time is in milliseconds. 200 MS is one fifth of a second. Frames with words may need a second (1000 MS) or more so folks can read them.

You can slow down the animation by changing the display time in the bottom right corner of the thumbnail for each frame in the frame roll. That way we can read your words.
